Bedroomking' Warranty
At Bedroomking, we take great satisfaction in being a reliable supplier of premium goods. Here is some information regarding our manufacturer's warranty to help you feel more at ease:
- Unless otherwise specified in the product description, any product purchased after 1st March 2025, is covered by a 3 year warranty; purchases made before to this date are covered by a one-year warranty.
- Make sure that no labels are removed, as this could nullify the guarantee.
- This guarantee only applies to Bedroomking products that are used normally in the home and cover material and craftsmanship flaws.
- In compliance with the law and Bedroomking' terms and conditions.
Important Information
In the odd event that you think you have found a manufacturing defect, Bedroomking' warranty must apply to the goods, and you have 28 days from the date of delivery to report the issue. You will have the choice to get a reimbursement for the cost of the defective item as well as any applicable shipping fees.
Items might potentially be available for collection, unless otherwise specified. At our sole discretion, if we determine that the product has a manufacturing defect and is therefore covered by this guarantee, we are entitled to:
1. Where appropriate, swap out parts rather than the entire product.
2. Replace the faulty product with the same one or, in the event that it is no longer available, the closest substitute.
3. Cover the mailing and return fees.
4. Return the replaced product or the new parts to you.
5. You will not be able to return anything if you accept a discount because of a minor flaw.
6. Bedroomking will make every effort to promptly arrange replacements as necessary, but clients should be prepared for any delays in the event that third-party suppliers require additional guidance.
